Ferdy Sambo known as high ranking indonesian police got sentenced of life imprisonment because killing his own subordinate brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat. This case has already 5 month and now see it end.
Chronology
this case started from 8 july 2021 when brigadier Yoshua Nofriansyah Hutabarat got shot at the Inspector Ferdy Sambo residence.
Sambo said that Yoshua Nofriansyah got shot by Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu because Eliezer suspected that brigadier Yoshua after sexually harrasment Ferdy Sambo's Wife.
After that Ferdy Sambo reporting to police headquarters south Jakarta for colleting the evidence, it is know that CCTV is still there and able to used as evidence.
After the check of evidence Ferdy Sambo and his wife called by the police and take to the court and known that CCTV has been engineered. 18 July 2022 Ferdy sambo position as inspector has been disabled.
At the court Ferdy Sambo has confirm that he instruct the Richard Eliezer to shot brigadier Yoshua. After a long time that takes 5 month court Ferdy Sambo got Sentenced of life imprisonment Cause of ethic code police of end his own subordinate and Richard Eliezer was sentenced to 12 years in prison instead of 20 years in prison for covering up Ferdy Sambo's crimes but chose to speak the truth.
